We specialise in Engineering, Construction and Manufacturing permanent placements. We generally only take on clients within the central belt, highlands and borders.
Our candidates are at the heart of everything we do, our goal is to match each candidate to their perfect role. We only focus on permanent placements only and will only work with clients who we see fit for placements.
We understand that every business has it's own requirement, volume of placements, qualification criteria. To accommodate this as a company, we offer flexible solutions depending on what is needed.
To ensure we fulfil our duty as a permanent placement consultancy, we will offer the following on all placements:
- External employment and HR support for full 3 months
- A dedicated resource who will work exclusively on the roles to ensure understanding of the role is clear
- Frequent catch ups on candidate performance compared to expectations
- We are confident any candidate we place is of the right skillset and capability otherwise we have a rebate period based refund."
